Madd creativity offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. 

By visiting our site and purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). 

NEW CLIENT STEPS!

Each client will be required to fill out the inquiry form provided on this website, stating that “Madd creativity” will begin on the graphic design service requested by the client. The client has the option to book a 1-on-1 20-minute consultation call to discuss the details of the design project further.

PAYMENT POLICY

We require that each client pay half of the balance before service begins and the final balance when service is completed. Payment plans are an option for every service! Payments can be paid through website, or invoice. The remaining balance will be paid from the client once the graphic design service is complete by “Madd Creativity”! (Credit or Debit, Paypal, Cash App, Apple Cash, Venmo) NO CHECKS OR ZELLE PLEASE!

EXPEDITED SERVICE FEES

Expedited service fees are in place because completing a project in a short timeframe requires the designer to rearrange their schedule and prioritize your request. We appreciate your understanding!

  • 3-Day Turnaround: +$20

  • 2-Day Turnaround: +$40

  • 1-Day Turnaround: +$50

REFUND POLICY

There will be NO REFUNDS on graphic design services, clothing, or home decor at this time! We are not liable to give the client or customer a refund. FINAL SALE ONLY. Please communicate with us, if you have issues with your product or need revisions so we can correct the design project(s) to your liking! Be sure to be as specific as possible when explaining the requested service and all details included to avoid miscommunication.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND COPYRIGHT

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service or any products, artwork, design services, or clothing on this website through which the service is provided. This website is subject to copyright by Madd creativity. To use the services of Madd creativity, users must agree to the website's terms and conditions. 

FINAL DELIVERABLES

The final design package will be sent to the client via email once the final invoice is paid.

Design file types include (pdf, jpg, png) unless discussed otherwise.

DESIGN PROOFS

“Madd creativity” will send a mock preview of the design process with a watermark on unfinished design files! You can expect an update from us every 2-3 days for design projects unless discussed otherwise. All drafts and proofs are for REVIEW PURPOSES ONLY AND ARE NOT TO BE COPIED, ALTERED, OR SOLD.

REVISIONS AND TURNAROUND TIME

Please keep revisions to a minimum. At this time there is no specific number of revisions that are allowed. Please note that each revision requested from client will further delay the design service from being completed! The entirety of the graphic design service requested will be finished in 7-10 business days (unless discussed otherwise) rush fees apply if service needs to be expedited. Be patient with us, as we receive many clients.

COMMUNICATION POLICY

If the client refuses to respond OR communicate within two days,“Madd creativity” will stop working on the client’s design project until the client communicates. If non-communication continues the project will be terminated. Please note that non-communication is unprofessional and disrespectful and is not taken lightly. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

PRICING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The amount of hours worked by us goes into the pricing of products and services. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
