By visiting our site and/or purchasing a product or service from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, customers, vendors, merchants, and contributors of content.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any portion of these Terms of Service at any time by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with an e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.
NEW CLIENT STEPS
All new clients are required to complete the inquiry form provided on our website before services can begin.
Clients also have the option to book a 30-minute one-on-one consultation call to discuss project details, creative direction, expectations, goals, and deliverables.
After the consultation call, clients will receive a project summary outlining the scope of work, pricing, estimated turnaround time, and deposit requirements.
Submission of an inquiry form or consultation request does not guarantee acceptance of a project. Madd Creativity reserves the right to decline projects that do not align with our services, schedule, values, or creative expertise.
PAYMENT POLICY
To secure a project and reserve a spot on our schedule, clients are required to pay 100% of the total service fee following the consultation call.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before final files are released.
Payment plans may be available for select services and must be agreed upon in writing.
Accepted payment methods include:

• Cash App
• Venmo
• Apple Cash
• Website Checkout
• Invoices
Checks and Zelle payments are not accepted at this time.
No design work will begin until the required deposit has been received.
Failure to complete final payment may result in withholding of final deliverables.
EXPEDITED SERVICE FEES
Rush services are available upon request.
Expedited service fees are necessary because completing projects within a shortened timeframe requires Madd Creativity to rearrange existing commitments and prioritize your project.
Rush fees are as follows:
• 3-Day Turnaround: +$20
• 2-Day Turnaround: +$40
• 1-Day Turnaround: +$50
Rush services are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for providing all requested information, references, branding materials, photographs, logos, text content, and feedback necessary to complete their project.
Clients are expected to:
• Communicate professionally
• Respond promptly to design updates
• Review proofs carefully
• Submit revisions clearly and specifically
• Meet agreed-upon deadlines for approvals
Delays in communication may impact project completion dates.
By working with Madd Creativity, clients acknowledge that timely communication is essential to maintaining project schedules.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
At this time, Madd Creativity does not offer refunds on graphic design services, clothing, home décor, digital products, deposits, rush fees, or custom-made items.
Due to the nature of creative services and the amount of time, research, planning, subscriptions, and expertise invested into each project, clients understand and agree that all payments made to Madd Creativity are non-refundable.
If a client is dissatisfied with a design, we encourage open communication so that revisions may be made within the revision allowance associated with the purchased service. Clients are encouraged to provide detailed instructions and feedback throughout the design process to minimize misunderstandings and ensure satisfactory results.
By purchasing a product or service, clients acknowledge and accept this refund policy.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND COPYRIGHT
Clients agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, distribute, alter, exploit, or claim ownership of any concepts, mockups, drafts, artwork, designs, products, clothing, digital assets, or content created by Madd Creativity without prior written consent.
All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to graphics, designs, logos, text, photographs, products, apparel, and creative services, is protected under applicable copyright laws and remains the intellectual property of Madd Creativity until final payment has been made.
Upon receipt of full payment, clients are granted the right to use approved final designs for personal or commercial purposes as intended for their business or brand.
Madd Creativity retains the right to display completed work for portfolio, educational, promotional, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
FINAL DELIVERABLES
Final design files will be delivered electronically via email once the remaining balance has been paid in full.
Standard deliverables include:
• JPEG
• PNG
Additional file types may be available upon request and may incur an additional fee.
Editable source files may not be included unless specifically stated within the purchased service package.
DESIGN PROOFS
Madd Creativity will provide design proofs, mockups, or previews throughout the creative process.
All unfinished files will contain watermarks and are intended solely for review and approval purposes.
Clients can generally expect project updates every 2–3 business days unless otherwise discussed.
Design proofs may not be copied, traced, altered, reproduced, published, sold, or distributed under any circumstances.
Unauthorized use of proof files may result in termination of services and potential legal action.
REVISIONS AND TURNAROUND TIMES
Each service package includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the allotted amount may result in additional fees.
Revision requests should be submitted clearly and concisely.
Please note that excessive revisions may extend the project timeline.
Standard turnaround times vary by service and will be communicated during the consultation process.
Projects generally take approximately 7–10 business days unless otherwise specified.
Rush fees apply to expedited projects.
Clients acknowledge that project completion dates are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, revision requests, holidays, emergencies, and communication delays.
COMMUNICATION POLICY
Professional communication is expected at all times.
If a client fails to respond to emails, messages, or requests for information within forty-eight (48) hours, Madd Creativity reserves the right to pause the project until communication resumes.
If non-communication continues for an extended period, Madd Creativity may terminate the project without refund.
Harassment, disrespectful behavior, excessive messaging, chargeback threats, or unprofessional conduct will not be tolerated.
Madd Creativity reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
ABANDONED PROJECTS
Projects that remain inactive due to client non-communication for more than thirty (30) days may be considered abandoned.
Abandoned projects may be permanently closed without refund.
Clients wishing to reopen an abandoned project may be required to pay a reinstatement fee.
PORTFOLIO RIGHTS
Madd Creativity reserves the right to display completed projects on its website, portfolio, social media platforms, advertisements, presentations, and other promotional materials.
Clients acknowledge that showcasing previous work is essential to demonstrating the quality and expertise of Madd Creativity's services.
Clients requesting confidentiality must submit a written request before project completion.
CLIENT FEEDBACK AND TESTIMONIALS

Upon completion of your project, we may invite clients to provide feedback regarding their experience and overall satisfaction.
With client permission, testimonials, reviews, photographs, and completed projects may be featured on our website, portfolio, and social media platforms to promote our services and creative expertise.

PRICING AND CREATIVE VALUE
Every client has the opportunity to use, sell, publish, reproduce, promote, and profit from the products and designs created by Madd Creativity. Because of this, each project is approached with intention, originality, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Each design created by Madd Creativity is 100% custom-made with originality and intention. We do not use AI-generated designs, pre-made templates, or copied artwork. Every project is thoughtfully crafted to align with the client's vision, goals, target audience, and brand identity.
Whether it is a logo, clothing graphic, packaging design, social media content, marketing material, business card, flyer, website asset, or other branded collateral, each design is intended to provide long-term value and may be continuously used across products, promotional materials, websites, packaging, social media platforms, advertisements, and other business and marketing efforts for years to come.
Pricing reflects not only the final deliverable but also the creative process, software subscriptions, research, strategy, originality, professional expertise, artistic ability, technical skill, project planning, consultation time, communication, revisions, and the intentionality invested in every project.

By purchasing a service, clients acknowledge the value of the creative process and understand that service pricing reflects the expertise, originality, and professional work invested throughout the duration of each project.

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorized payment reversals for services that have already been started, partially completed, or completed by Madd Creativity.
By purchasing a product or service, clients acknowledge that they have reviewed these Terms of Service, understand the refund policy, and agree to communicate concerns directly with Madd Creativity before contacting their financial institution.
Madd Creativity reserves the right to provide documentation, communications, invoices, proofs, contracts, and project files to payment processors or financial institutions in response to any payment dispute.
Clients found to have submitted fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently prohibited from purchasing future services or products.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Madd Creativity shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial damages arising from the use of our website, products, services, designs, or deliverables.
Clients are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all final artwork, spelling, dates, contact information, and content before production, printing, publication, or distribution.
Madd Creativity is not responsible for errors discovered after final approval has been granted by the client.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Madd Creativity reserves the right to refuse, pause, or terminate services at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
• Harassment or disrespectful behavior
• Excessive revision requests beyond the agreed scope
• Failure to communicate within the required timeframe
• Non-payment of invoices
• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Requests that fall outside of our creative expertise, business values, or ethical standards
Termination of services due to violations of these Terms does not entitle the client to a refund.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, purchasing a product, or purchasing a design service from Madd Creativity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms of Service.
